MAIN FEATURES
The EnergySaver is provided with an integrated drycooler.
When the ambient temperature is lower than the desired water temperature, the chiller will be switched off and cooling will be done by the drycooler.
When temperature is only slightly below the desired water temperature, the unit will work in combined mode.
The water will be first cooled in the drycooler before going to the evaporator.
When ambient temperature gets higher, the unit switches automatically from drycooling to normal cooling (chiller) by means of a motor controlled three-way valve.

All-in concept :
the EnergySaver is standard equipped with an integrated stainless steel water vessel with Thermotec shell and tube evaporator and a powerful Grundfos centrifugal pump Modular concept : units can be connected to each other in parallel, in order to increase the capacity. No external installation work is necessary thanks to the integrated water vessel. Auto-diagnostic concept :the unit is operated by means of an easy-to-use controller with text display. This is a micro-controller for optimal guidance. Errors and service announcements are indicated. Bristol hermetical reciprocating compressors Excellent high-performing compressors with optimal reliability. Thermotec shell and tube evaporator : specially designed for high flow rates and small temperature differences, as there is f.i. mould cooling. The shell &tube evaporator, standard with cupper tubes (stainless steel optional) has been mounted in a cylindrical stainless steel water vessel, with insulation of polyethylene foam. Thermotec air-cooled condenser / drycooler for temperature of water in till 40 °. The large condenser consists of aluminium fins (0,16 mm thickness) with turbulent "wavy fin" structure and copper tubes (expanded) for optimal heat transfer, also made by Thermotec. Because of the large condenser, the unit"s are suitable for tropical conditions.
They are able to perform up to 47 °C.
Safety :
the control circuit is at a safe voltage of 24 V.
Only corrosion resistant materials used on the water side (stainless steel) The EnergySaver consists of galvanized steel and is powder-coated Maintenance can be done without shutting off the chiller. Ecological refrigerant R407C Available in compact version and split configuration
