MAIN FEATURES

Process units PA PB are compact air cooled chillers used to cool process water in the temperature range from 5 till 27 °C. The chiller is standard equipped with a integrated stainless steel water vessel with shell and tube evaporator and a powerful centrifugal pump . Units can be connected to each other in parallel, in order to increase the capacity without any external installation work. The unit is operated by means of an easy to use controller with text display in various languages. Errors and service announcements are indicated. Software is programmed by Thermotec. The units are available with capacities from 10 till 250 kW.

MAIN ADVANTAGES

Excellent high performing hermetical reciprocating compressors with optimal reliability. Thermotec shell and tube evaporator specially designed for high flow rates and small temperature differences. Thermotec air-cooled condenser consists of aluminium fins with turbulent ‘wavy fin’ structure and copper tubes (expanded) for optimal heat transfer. The control circuit is at a safe voltage of 24 V. Only corrosion resistant materials used on the water side. Casing in galvanized steel and powder-coated. Designed for closed and atmospherically circuits. Ultra low noise level thanks to centrifugal fans. Possibility to conduct air ducts for heat recuperation. Compartimentation between ventilation and compressor part to allow maintenance without shutting off the chiller. Ecological refrigerant R407C.
